The superstructures UNITRANS Type ‘VR’ are suitable for trucks and trailers with a total weight up to ca. 18,500 kg. Their particularly reinforced structure consisting of panels manufactured with compound materials and special fibers in a specific warm press procedure. As a result of a pointed selection of materials and their optimal combination, our light superstructures can guarantee extremely high resilience, reliability and durability.

- Reinforced floor for pallets transportation in white gel-coat
- Aluminium kick-plate, H. 300 mm from the floor, recessed on the side walls and front wall panel
- Reinforced front wall panel, for the refigeration unit fitting
- Internal neon light (standard UNITRANS)
- Maximum clearance full swing double rear door with 270° opening
- Rubber door catch and impact protection for the fasteners
- Stainless steel hinges and fasteners
- Stainless steel rear door type ‘C’
- Rubber “VR” type perimetral profile, with lateral external rubber profile, front one in stainless steel
- Predisposition for marker lights
- Stainless steel handle recessed in the right side
- Superstructure in white gel-coat
Optionally, we offer the external profile in aluminum, whereby the front vertical profiles are rounded in aluminum.
